We have the management experience and expertise necessary to programme and organise complex contracts, meeting completion dates without detriment to quality and where applicable, with the minimum of disruption to existing occupants.
Such projects involve a wide range of specialised, and often complex work elements and trade packages that need to be co-ordinated and integrated into work programmes. To achieve this we employ contract managers and site project managers with the skill, experience and total contract responsibility necessary to meet the demands of challenging completion dates, high standards of workmanship and exacting requirements of the CDM Regulations and the HSE.
Our contract management team is well used to carrying out both complex fast moving projects and sensitive refurbishment of existing buildings involving many sub-trades and, as fitting-out contractors our interest is maintained during all stages of a contract through to completion.
