Although we undertake work mainly in the North of England, we have also operated in areas much further a field, for example in the Isle of Man, London and the North of Scotland.
With contract values ranging from £1,000 to more than £4million, we can offer clients a comprehensive, value for money service ranking Taylor as one of the few firms able to handle the scale and variety of joinery contracts associated with large developments in today's competitive markets.
• Competition or single Nomination
Joinery, fitting-out and refurbishment can be contracted either by single nomination of a selected organisation, or by limited competition and we are pleased to submit tenders on either basis.
However, our experience is that the best solutions generally arise when members of our management team collaborate closely with you or your appointed consultants during the early stages of design development, where a greater understanding of your needs and limitations can also be gained.
Such collaborative partnerships enable early discussions to take place on a detailed basis to maximise valuable lead-in times and ensure that there are no delays during the manufacturing and site installation processes.
Everyone is aware of the potential problems that can arise from delays on contracts. It is for this reason that many of our clients see the advantage of single nomination, partnering and our early involvement during the initial design and preliminary budget stage.
